Job Description: Accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+year GCC Experience in relevant field
  • Strong Communication / Written and MS Office (Excel especially) Skills
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Job Description: Sales Executive (Outdoor)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant in mechanical field or equivalent
  • The candidate must be a strong sales "hunter" and ability to sell in a direct and channel model.
  • 2+ years GCC Experience of progressively more responsible sales experience (Speaking Arabic and have good knowledge of Market will be an additional advantage)
  • Knowledge of HVAC&R Products, (Fibreglass Insulation / Valve Knowledge will be an additional advantage)
  • Strong Technical Skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced
  • Comply with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, /policies and practices, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors and vendors.

Job Description: Supply Chain (Import & Export)

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+year GCC Experience in relevant field
  • Strong Communication / Written and MS Office (Excel specially) Skills
  • Monitoring stock levels / Planning delivery timetables & Ensuring stores have enough stock and making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
  • Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
  • Communicating with the buyer, vendor, bank, freight forwarder and broker to resolve any problems on the orders, shipments and payments
  • Open letters of credit to the vendors / Communicating information and instructions to/from vendors
  • Keeping management informed of problems, progress, and requirements in the department
  • Call the Warehouse or Allocations Departments’ when necessary, to advise of shipment status and/or obtain information necessary to process shipments
  • Ensuring that shipments are processed through Customs in a timely and efficient manner and that customer requirements are fulfilled Maintaining close liaison with Customs for various specialized clearance requirements
  • Reviewing all documents, contact all first-time customers, and handle other tasks as needed for Customer service, bookings, documentation, and routing of assigned shipments
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.
